Psychosocial Risk Management Made Simple is a live training designed to offer you practical and evidence-based insights into managing psychosocial risk in your organisation.
The aim is to equip you with a practical toolbox that you can implement in your day-today work.
Specifically, this training will address:
- The current legislation and how to translate it into practice
- What models of psychosocial safety and mental health can be useful in guiding your workplace policies
- How to undertake psychosocial hazards identification and risk assessment
- How to build the business case for psychosocial risk management initiatives
- Using the Hierarchy of Controls to eliminate or reduce psychosocial risks in your organisation
- In depth discussion of high workload, low role clarity, and incivility
The training will be very engaging. For every 3 min of content there will be an interactive element. You will have the opportunity to engage in reflection activities, group discussion and scenario analysis.
There will be several activities where you will be invited to apply the content to your own organisational context. These include:
- Review of psychosocial hazards and risks in your workplace
- Application of the Hierarchy of Controls to psychosocial risk in your organisation
- Your organisational psychosocial safety maturity checklist
