The best first point of contact is to visit your GP or offer to go to a GP with your friend or family member. They can help assess what further support might be needed.

About Dr. Georgi Toma
Georgi is an expert in mental wellbeing, high performance and psychosocial health and safety. She is the founder of Heart & Brain Works. She also conducts research at the University of Auckland.
She is the creator of the Wellbeing Protocol, a mental health system shown to improve mental wellbeing and reduce burnout.
