Healthy Work Community of Practice – Cancellation & Eligibility Policy
At HeartBrain Works, we aim to offer a supportive and practical learning environment for professionals committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. To keep our Community of Practice fair, sustainable, and aligned with its purpose, the following policy applies to all memberships.
- Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
When a cancellation is submitted:
- No refunds will be issued for the current membership period.
- Members will retain access to the CoP until the end of their active billing cycle.
- After that date, access will automatically cease.
This approach allows the community to plan resources fairly and ensures continuity of service for all members.
- Eligibility & Terms of Participation
The Healthy Work Community of Practice is exclusively for internal organisational professionals, including but not limited to:
- Human Resources
- Work Health & Safety
- Organisational Development
- People & Culture
- Wellbeing and Leadership roles
It is not open to consultants or individuals working for consultancies that offer services similar to HeartBrain Works (e.g., psychosocial risk solutions, training, advisory services).
By joining the CoP, you confirm that:
- You are not a consultant, and
- You will not use the community, its members, or its materials for commercial purposes.
Breach of Eligibility Conditions
If, at any time, we become aware that a member is ineligible or has used the community for commercial purposes:
- Access will be revoked immediately, and
- No membership fees will be refunded, to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
- No further compensation or access will be provided.
This ensures the integrity, safety, and trust of the community we are building together.
