I've been part of the community since it started, and I use it every day. Working at Sydney Water, I need to influence every level of the organisation, from leaders and HR through to individual managers, while staying across regulation changes and current scientific data. The community makes that so much easier. I can quickly pull together what I need: grab a code of practice, combine it with a meeting toolkit, and deliver something practical and trusted to the right people. It's become my go-to resource, I feel like I've got it in my back pocket at all times.

"Working in safety for a large mining contractor, I know there's still a lot of work to be done, so finding a space where people openly share what's working, what's not, and what they're learning really appealed to me. What stood out early on was how practical everything is, case studies and real examples grounded in lived experience, not just theory, with tools you can take straight back into your own work. But more than the resources, the community has given me a genuine sense of connection, conversations have already started, ideas are being shared, and that's exactly the environment I was hoping for."
Jason Wai
Principal Health Safety and Wellbeing, Perenti Group

"We've joined the community to hear what other organisations are doing, what's working for them, and to take away any practical ideas we can shamelessly pinch!"
Toni Ekert
Health & safety Lead, Bureau of Meteorology

"I've seen firsthand what happens when psychosocial risk is left unaddressed and how easily it can be prevented from escalating. Now working in the insurance industry across an Asia-Pacific role, a big part of my work is educating people that things like customer abuse and threats are not okay and not something we should simply accept. This community has been brilliant for that, connecting with others facing the same challenges and frustrations, sharing what works, and supporting each other. If something works, let's share it, and that's exactly what this space allows us to do."

"I'm a business leader in the energy sector with 38 years of experience across oil and gas, steel, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, and energy. I'm passionate about wellbeing as a cornerstone of health and safety, and my work centres on developing a culture where people feel safe to have their say. When people feel genuinely cared for, they can thrive, reach their potential, and deliver for the business. What I hope for this community is that it becomes a place where we can share, learn, and adapt, and together take our approach to wellbeing to new heights."
